Pepin Marshall
began fencing in 2017 at probably the most successful historical fencing club in the world; EHMS in Helsinki, Finland. After moving to Germany in 2018 he immediately began teaching advanced longsword at Ochs München. In 2020 he became Germany's Vize-Meister in longsword fencing. After a year fencing olympic sabre and a small pause for knee surgery, he has since been teaching at his own creation, Langes Schwert München since late 2024 where he leads trainings.
In real life he has a background in psychology and works as a neuroscientist and bioinformatician specialising in movement disorders. He likes tea, Indian and Italian food and all kinds of music from UK garage to baroque harpsichord. When he is not fencing he can be found riding his bike, jumping in lakes and cross-country skiing.
Pepin can teach in German, English, and Finnish or in very bad Italian, Swedish, and French.
